Triad Communication works with Large Corporate Clients
and their PR and Marketing Agencies to implement communication projects and solve critical issues. We get things done and solve problems. Founded by Mike Malik in 1995, Triad has grown up in the Information Age. We use both digital and traditional communication tools to deliver results for our clients – and our solutions are always based on our clients’ specific needs.

Since opening our doors, Triad has been helping our clients fill the critical gaps in their communication infrastructure with innovative solutions – and we continue to do so today. Having served over 30 clients in nearly 15 different industries, Triad not only delivers creative solutions necessary for success, we also have the experience needed to implement them.

Our process is The Triad Way. We put it on the Internet for all to see. Many have tried to copy the Triad Way, but few succeed.

Our Approach

Planning. Our approach is as simple as the old construction term “Measure twice and cut once.” Regardless of the scope of a project, we work with our Clients and coordinate with their other agencies to prepare a project plan that is fully integrated with the other pieces of the puzzle. Triad’s planning process is grounded in years of real-world experience in implementing communication and marketing plans. In other words, if we plan it, we can execute it.

Execution. With a plan in place, Triad excels at getting the wheels in motion. During the project implementation phase, Triad stays in constant communication with its Clients – keeping them aware of where things stand and keeping important upcoming client deliverables on their radar. We realize that no project has EVER been executed exactly as originally planned. By staying completely flexible and understanding that deliverables will slip, we are always prepared to modify and adjust a plan to get it back on schedule.

Measure and Adjust. Triad tries to establish key performance indicators and the Clients’ “vision of success” for most projects. This allows for measuring against these goals and making adjustments when necessary. In addition to measuring the success of a project, Triad also measures our own performance by executing a performance scorecard with our Clients. This tool not only helps Triad constantly improve, but it also helps improve teamwork with our Clients.
