Mike’s primary role is to stay out of the way of the Triader’s so that they can do their best for clients. Before Triad, Mike was Director of Public Affairs at Philip Morris USA in New York. Raised in Iowa and educated in New York City, he combines Midwestern common sense with Big City Street Smarts to provide smart and rational solutions for clients.

Phil Lombardo – Client Services

As a Vice President at Triad, Phil is responsible for overall client satisfaction. Phil has over 15 years of experience managing large scale communication and advocacy campaigns. Working directly with his project team, his client, and other strategic partners, Phil excels at organizing and executing cross-functional programs – and always with an eye on his clients’ goals and objectives.

Jaime Des Jardins – Operations

Jaime integrates technical project management with client satisfaction as VP in charge of Operations at Triad. Jaime has been a member of the Triad team for 8 years, and is a true expert in operational success, working closely with Triad’s creative and technical teams to plan and execute multi-faceted communication strategy for large corporations. Jaime holds a B.A. from Boston College and is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area where she first developed an enthusiastic interest for Internet technology, fine wines, global cuisines and travel – general yuppiness.

Steven Ross – Creative

Steven Ross, the creative force behind Triad Communication, has worked for more than 13 years as an award winning graphic designer, creative director, and currently as Vice President of IT Operations. Steven provides creative design and coding solutions that visually communicate the client’s message, while using the most advanced development functionality and application flow. Steven’s focus is on delivering the best solution on time and within budget.

Vishal brings 15 years of experience working in IT, Web development and his role at Triad is to design and build creative websites and web-based applications.
