Project Manager
POSITION TITLE: Project Manager
REPORTS TO: Vice President of Operations
STATUS: Full Time (Exempt)
JOB FUNCTION: Oversee daily operation of client project activities, managing all aspects of vendor relations and internal Triad tasks to deliver projects on time and on budget.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with Vice President of Operations, Account Managers, IT, clients and vendors to implement projects and manage their progress;
- Complete business requirements, functional requirements, stakeholder analysis, and business process analysis with limited guidance
- Ensure all client needs and requirements are clearly defined with project team,implemented according to specifications, and delivered accurately and on time;
- Define scope and estimate levels of effort for technical projects;
- Develop project plans and manage/ track through project close out;
- Risk Identification and Mitigation/ Proactive Planning;
- Ensures clear communication with Vice President of Operations and Account Managers on project status for updates to client and internal tracking;
- Monitor quality controls of all deliverables to client soliciting feedback for changes and/or improvements;
- Project implementation: organize and prioritize all client work tasks;
- Internal project budget management;
- Management and coordination of sub-contractors and vendors;
- Scheduled and ad-hoc reporting.

EDUCATIONAL PROFILE:
- College Graduate (Degree in Business Administration/Management preferred);
- Attendance to or completion of PMP Certification courses preferred.
