Associate Project Manager

 

POSITION TITLE: Associate Project Manager

REPORTS TO: Vice President of Operations

STATUS: Full Time (Exempt)

JOB FUNCTION: Assist Triad Project teams in the daily operation of client project activities and implement assignments of internal Triad tasks to deliver projects on time and on budget through providing superior administrative support, including data entry/word processing.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Team to implement projects and drive
    their progress;
  • Communicate/coordinate with internal clerical staff to ensure successful execution of
    assigned tasks;
  • Perform testing and quality control initiatives;
  • Compile daily/weekly/monthly reporting measurements;
  • Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all project-related reporting;
  • Other tasks as assigned by Project Manager and/or Vice President of Operations.

EDUCATIONAL PROFILE:
College Graduate (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field)

EXPERIENCE PROFILE:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, with demonstrated aptitude in technological systems
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Access and other database management software a plus
  • Interactive agency or advertising agency experience preferred
  • Experience in agency-style billing or consulting
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Project
  • Math and/or basic Accounting
