Account Manager

 

POSITION TITLE:  Account Manager

REPORTS TO: Account Director

STATUS: Full Time (Exempt)

JOB FUNCTION: Relationship Manager with the client:  Fully understand each client’s business goals and objectives and find opportunities for Triad Services to be applied to those goals.  Act as a Client Advocate within Triad to clearly communicate objectives to Operations and assure that deliverables are clear.  Work with Operations to understand constraints and options to clearly communicate to the client what Triad can achieve, how, and by when.  Continuously communicate to client the value that is produced by Triad in order to grow the account and secure future projects.  Participate as member of Account Management team to determine and implement revenue goals and objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain client relationship and seek out additional business opportunities with client. 
  • Analyze client needs and provide clear and concise specifications and direction to internal staff in order to obtain an implementation plan from Operations. 
  • Clearly understand the implementation issues and options in order to help the client achieve the best results for their specific situation. 
  • Manage all aspects of client relations and communication while coordinating with Project Managers to ensure delivery of projects on time and on budget. 
  • Budget management and client account revenue forecasting
  • Identify resource allocation issues and conflicts, work with Operations to resolve them in Triad’s best interest. 
  • Ensure timely payment from clients for services rendered.  Present client account progress and forecasts for monthly Account Management meetings. 
  • Provide input to and accept responsibility for determination and implementation of company goals and objectives.
  • Participate as member of Account Management team to determine and implement revenue goals and objectives.

EDUCATIONAL PROFILE:

  • College Graduate (Degree in Business Administration/Management preferred);

 

EXPERIENCE PROFILE:

  • Strong client relations
  • Interactive agency or advertising agency experience preferred
  • Experience dealing with clients on a daily basis and the ability to evaluate projects to client specifications is a plus
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite (Especially Word and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Access and other database management software a plus
